Tortellini with tomato sauce, dried tomatoes and basil
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
50 g dried soft tomatoes without oil (in strips)
200 ml whipped cream
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
400 g tortellini
1 handful of basil (in strips)
salt and pepper

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook garlic and dried tomatoes for 1 - 2 minutes. Deglaze with whipped cream. Add oregano and let it boil down. In the meantime, cook tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions. Dilute sauce with about 3 tablespoons of noodle water and season with salt and pepper. Drain the tortellini. Put the basil and tortellini in the pan and mix well. If necessary, season with salt and pepper again, enjoy.
